It makes the neatest drink-straight-from-the-jar mixed drinks and smoothies. It also saved me the expense and counter space of a spice grinder. Alleluia!
Oooohh, I'd love a food processor AND a stick blender, but for now all I have is a blender (which actually does most jobs for me, I suppose). Stick blenders would make my fruit butter making SO much easier :).
I actually don't even have a regular blender any more. I have my big and powerful food processor, and the small and convenient stick blender. I love using the stick blender directly in the jar to make smoothies or mayonnaise and right in the kettle to blend soups.

Yeah, my brother uses all sorts of blenders in his restaurant I don't know how's one different from the other.
