I'm happy to report there were no ill effects from yesterday's poisoned omelet episode.
Considering the events of the recent past, however, this morning we had an interesting visitor. A Knights of Columbus insurance agent came over to upgrade my husband's life insurance policy.
A crack of lightning and ominous music would be appropriate about now.
