I'm Outta Stuff

Tasty Tuesday
Grab the button here and come join us, or just link to another site with a recipe you're going to try... or post a recipe in the comments!

I'd like to post a delicious and tasty recipe for you, but I've got nothing. Totally uninspired. No ideas. No mouthwatering pictures.

Please give me recipes, or my husband will starve to death!

Post a recipe on your blog, or enter a link of a recipe you like, or post a recipe in the comments.

Thank you.

This is tonight's dinner, haven't tried it yet, it's a new recipe, not my own, but McCormick's.

Rosemary Roasted Chicken with Potatoes
2 tsp. Paprika
1 1/2 tsp. crushed rosemary
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp salt
6 bone-in chicken thighs, skin off
1 1/2 lb small red potatoes, cut into 1" cubes

Mix oil, all of spices and salt in large bowl. Add chicken and potatoes. Toss to coat well. Arrange chicken and potatoes in single layer foil lined 15x10x1 inch baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.

Roast in preheated 425 degree oven 30 min or until chicken is cooked through. Turn potatoes occasionally.

Seems easy enough. Hope it's good.

I posted a rather plain and simple recipe (shepherd's pie), but Lou and I both like it a lot. And you've posted so many utterly fantastic recipes that you deserve a week off now and then. :)

I know how this goes, I can't promise you anything gourmet and definitely no mouth-watering pictures! I wish I could take better food pics. My husband can tell you how much I obsess over this. "can we please eat the food instead of taking pictures of it?" :) I posted a simple recipe we made for lunch, hope it might help :)
