First my nephew had it. Then my sister-in-law caught it. Then she tossed it to my niece, who passed it to another sister-in-law.
Now I've got it.
Sore throat and ear ache. I know the stuffy nose and "let your servant go in peace" feeling will set in soon.
I'm chomping on Vitamin C and drinking orange juice and wishing this had happened on a weekend so I could have someone keeping vigil, stroking my hand and being at my beck and call. Alas, I'm going to have to fight this battle alone and give myself as much self-pity as I can muster.
Who should I give it to?

Angele, I will pray for you and you pray for me. I have a horrible itchy intermittent cough, partially blocked nasal passages, head in a cloud, buzzing kind of cold right now. Ooooohhh, it's a mean one. Beyond that, you remember the ear thing that happened to me when I was rooming with you at the end of that semester? Well it might be cropping up again. So if you could offer some of your suffering for me, and I'll offer some of mine for you.... I think we could have a good spiritual business relationship going. :) love and miss you
